Allow me to introduce myself
If you've landed here, you probably know by now that I'm a writer. I live in Vancouver, Canada, where I spend as much time as I can outside — hiking, gardening, and sitting by the ocean with my dog, Bea. I've always been drawn to the heart of things: the feeling behind a story, the essence of a person, the truth that's often just beneath the surface.
Writing, for me, is a way of paying attention — of connecting, reflecting, and honouring creative expression, and what’s real.
I also work as a yoga therapist and teacher, a path that, much like writing, is rooted in deep listening, presence, and the belief that small, meaningful shifts make a big impact.
